So thank you for your time. We're so pleased you're here tonight. Welcome to the second movement. Take a step inside. And listen for your name. We're so sure you're not the same. Participation is required. This is why you came. Welcome to the revolution, I hope you enjoy the show. Oh, this is the beginning of the end, And I hope that you're ready for anything. Oh, this is an exhibition of all our deepest fears. This is where we show you everything that you can be, And the potential that you have to change this ruined history. And I yell out, "Save me from this torment. Don't let me become suspect. Rise with me and show them all the power that we have." Welcome to the revolution, I hope you enjoy the show. Oh, this is the beginning of the end. And I hope that you're ready for anything. Welcome to the revolution. Welcome to the revolution. Welcome to the time where we must put our lives out on the line and, Welcome to the time where we must kill the beast disguised as we. The time is here. Declare it loud. We stand ready for you now. This is the end of this era. This is the end of this age. Welcome to the revolution, I hope you enjoy the show. Oh, this is the beginning of the end, And I hope that you're ready for anything. I hope you know that I'm ready for anything. I hope you know that I'm ready for anything.

I’ve got a noose around my neck, But you call it a tie. I live my life from your perspective, Hoping I will arrive At some divine destination Where my destiny stops running. I live my life in second person. So do I satisfy your standards? Do my eyes reach too far? Am I worthy of life? Or should you just let me die? Can you tell me my purpose? What am I made for? I’m tired of lies My life’s a second person story. Do you know just what I mean? I’m captive to all your desires; My calling labelled as a dream, With no hope of coming true. I’m left with wishes unfulfilled. So come tell me of all my faults And I will whisper “peace, be still.” I’ve got a noose around my neck, But you call it a tie. I live my life from your perspective, Hoping I will arrive At some divine destination Where my destiny stops running. I live my life in second person; A passenger to my own crimes. How quickly did you compromise your morals When they set you on the throne? And when they called out your weakness Did it make you feel alone? Did it eat at your insides 'Til you couldn't stand success? And so you turned your hate on those around you, And made us into empty things. I’ve got a noose around my neck, But you call it a tie. I live my life from your perspective, Hoping I will arrive At some divine destination Where my destiny stops running. I live my life in second person; A passenger to my own crimes. You were walking in your garden filled with wonders made of dirt. And you called upon your father who is lord below the earth. And he said "A screw has fallen, or a bolt has slipped aside. Some little thing has shifted." And the little things replied: I will shut my heart against you and you will not find the spring. I who will the thing I want not, the intolerable thing. I prefer my empty stomach to your empty, barren head. Earth and heaven both fall silent. I am stronger than death. Call me king. I’ve got a noose around my neck, But you call it a tie. I live my life from your perspective, Hoping I will arrive At some divine destination Where my destiny stops running. I live my life in second person; A passenger to my own crimes.

Can you see the forest for the trees? Can you divine the mysteries beneath? Can you still hear the whispering of each? You see the trees are somewhat similar to me. Wrapped in this armor that I made. Trapped in this skin in which I rage. Sapped by this long-forgotten cage, The one that I made for saving face. I am lost, Tangled in life. I have spread myself so thin. In the search of what is right. I am bound, Lacking escape. I have put down roots and told myself That I can still be free. I would give everything Just to end this unconscious charade. Satisfaction never settled in or stifled my hate. But no, I wanted more than this. I show no concern for consequence. I want to destroy something beautiful. I want to defile this empty page. I want to do something inexcusable. God ‘fore I die, please let me rage. I want to remember my humanity. I want to reclaim my former self. I want to destroy the sin that’s holding me down. In this empty, barren hell. I am lost, Tangled in life. I have spread myself so thin. In the search of what is right. I am bound, Lacking escape. I have put down roots and told myself That I can still be free. Can I be free? Now that I've broken myself down To the essence of everything I am, When you listen to this sound Do you know exactly what I've been? I am more than you could ever dream. I contain a multitude unseen. I am more than you could ever be. I'm creating my own identity. I am lost, (When you first met me) Tangled in life. (Was I myself?) I have spread myself so thin. In the search of what is right. I am bound, (When you first saw me) Lacking escape. (Was I still strong?) I have put down roots and told myself That I can still be free. Can I be free?

How did it start? What did you feel? A sensation of floating or falling? Was your heart full of fear? Or calm and collected, Knowing your selfish life was done? That you’d reached the end, your time was up. Was it relief? Or was it just pain. Tell me dead man, oh, tell me about everything. Tell me dead man, oh, did you ever think about me? Tell me all of your lies, all the secrets that you kept inside. Tell me before the night is out. The night sky is alive. Tell me your tale as you lie in your grave. Did you ever think of what you’d say? Did you contemplate your history? Or just forget that you had a thing? Tell me everything that you knew. Tell me, did your memory serve you? Tell me, did your knowledge save you From the depths of hell when you were through? Could you summon the sun? Could you shut up the deep? Did the wind heed your voice? Did the waves cease to sweep? When you let out a cry Were you empty inside? Did your wealth satisfy? Or were your bones all that your skin could hide? Tell me dead man, oh, tell me about everything. Tell me dead man, oh, did you ever think about me? Tell me all of your lies, all the secrets that you kept inside. Tell me before the night is out. The night sky is alive. Beneath your grave how does fame taste? Upon your lips, its cool embrace? You linger here and no one mourns Your empty life, your petty scorn. And in the end was God concerned With facts and figures and success earned? Or did He care more for your soul? The things you wrought, the lives you stole? (Tell me, do you regret?) I can’t see your face but the whispers grow louder. You’re trapped in this cage you chose of your own power. A growing unrest lies inside of me, fervently Filling my lungs with the greatest obscenities. The demons you left are searching for their sanctum. Where you now rest they won’t follow on their own. They’re pressing at my mind hoping they can gain entrance. The empty night sky is filled with their sulfurous breathing. (Tell me, do you regret all the things you’ve done? Tell me, do you still hold all your earthly wealth? Tell me, was it all worth the lives you stole? Tell me. Tell me. Tell me, dead man.) Tell me dead man, oh, tell me about everything. Tell me dead man, oh, did you ever think about me? Tell me all of your lies, all the secrets that you kept inside. Tell me before the night is out. The night sky is alive. I told my lies. I made my choice. I chose myself, destroyed my life.

Every day I try to move on and part ways, but this addiction never stops. It’s like I never had a voice of reason, so I tore myself apart. I spent my whole life scared of rejection. Not taking a stand, I made no connections. I sat in the corner, scared of my fate. Not speaking the truth, my words were too late. And as I sat in that corner the world turned to hell. Society told us to burn as we fell. No one took a stand. Everybody gave in. And all that this led to, to my chagrin, Was torture and killing and sinning a'plenty. Children were dying. Clueless were many. But now’s where it stops. My voice will be heard. Sing with me all. This is our word. We’re taking over. This ends tonight. No longer will we sit back, not without a fight. We will take down the leaders, expose them for who they are. Because this world, this world is ours. And that’s how it goes, just so you know, I’m standing up to you and all of your rules. No longer abiding, I am deciding, Everything I didn’t say it’s all behind me. I look to the sky, thank God for the chance To speak out this word, my vocals enhanced. Now’s where we let it all out and rejoice. Just listen to me, follow my voice. We’re taking over. This ends tonight. No longer will we sit back, not without a fight. We will take down the leaders, expose them for who they are. Because this world, this world is ours. Now I know the things you say they come and go. I don’t know why I trusted you. You’re just a fragment of the truth. We’re taking over. This ends tonight. No longer will we sit back, not without a fight. We will take down the leaders, expose them for who they are. Because this world, this world is ours. Now I know the things you say they come and go. I don’t know why I trusted you. You’re just a fragment of the truth. Scream out the truth.

I wish I'd never said those words. I wish I'd never sung this verse. This war was never worth your life; Your life was worth a thousand lies. A scarlet sun hung bright over barren lands. As we prepared to fight in these forgotten sands. A banner we had raised, the one of peace we'd made. We wanted to be free, free from our history. Day after day we'd walked with wars inside our thoughts. We tried to tell ourselves we'd made the right choice. Why do we stand for this? Why are we falling for this? What is worth this kind of life? As we fell one by one the sand beneath turned red, With nothing but the sun mourning for our dead. We marched throughout the day to earn our victory. It almost seemed we'd won and then my heart stopped. Until that day, the day you fell, I always thought I knew of Hell. But that was when I saw your eyes, Your broken frame, empty inside. Why do we stand for this? Why are we falling for this? What is worth this kind of life? We're dying so we can have lives. And fighting but we don't realize That peace never comes at a fair price. Your eyes see right through me, Down to the soul that I've tried to hide. Your eyes they consume me. I take a breath as I start to die with you. And as we raged in war I watched your body torn. Beneath that blood-red sky my world became your eyes. And as they filled with pain the blood flowed from your veins. My hands and arms grew weak, then I heard you speak. "Take my hand one last time. Hold me close one last time. This is the end of my life." I said, "Darling please don't leave me. Lovely I can't keep living Without you here in my life." Why do we stand for this? Why are we falling for this? What is worth this kind of life? We're dying so that we can have lives And trying to pretend we don't mind. But peace never comes at a fair price. This is not life. It's a reason to fight. And I, I will not be denied. We're coming for you tonight.

Exiting from a cold black room She walks across the hall, dodging glances from the ones she passes. Her scarlet lips hide the smear of filth Every lies she’s ever told competes for its chance to be revealed. So will you break this promise? Oh, don’t you break it. Will you break your promise? Oh, don’t you make it. She’s dressed up tonight, All in wedding gown white. But I sit and remember And I know she’s a liar. Welcome back from the intermission. Your hands they still shake as you’re staring at the bathroom mirror. Your reflection’s not the same as before, It’s the same gray eyes on a different whore. You had that swagger in your hips. That filthy tongue behind those lips. A burlesque parade won’t let you down. 'Cause you're just the cheapest one in town. She’s dressed up tonight, All in wedding gown white. But I sit and remember And I know she’s a liar. So will you say those words? She's dressed up tonight. So will you say those words? She's dressed up tonight. (You had that swagger in your hips. That filthy tongue behind those lips. A burlesque parade won’t let you down. 'Cause you're just the cheapest one in town.) I’ve been so much less than you deserve. I choose my life, my will. I know I can’t ever make amends. I’ve seen myself for the liar that I’ve been. She’s dressed up tonight, All in wedding gown white. But I sit and remember And I know she’s a liar. She’s dressed up tonight, All in pornstar white. But I sit and remember And I know she’s a liar.

Welcome to the second movement Of this alarming one-man play. I hope that you remember. I hope you can recall that name. As we’re giving our lives for your entertainment. Pushing forward to decide the ending denouement. So welcome to the second movement Of this alarming one-man play. I hope that you remember. I hope you can recall that name. As we’re giving our lives for your entertainment. Pushing forward to decide the ending denouement. Confess your sins, you can save yourself tonight. Tell me everything you’ve kept inside. Tell me everything you’ve tried to hide. Tell me everything that you still hope will never see the light and, Tell me everything you wish you’d tried. Tell me everything that you’ve survived. Tell me everything that you still hope will never see the light. No. This is a foolish decision, Brought on by fear, But I welcome you here. Turn your back on living through this. Just know that you can’t. Just know that you can’t escape the words that you will say. Just know that everything you hate it comes from what you’ve made. Just know that this is the end and tell me of your life. Tell me everything you’ve kept inside. Tell me everything you’ve tried to hide. Tell me everything that you still hope will never see the light and, Tell me everything you wish you’d tried. Tell me everything that you’ve survived. Tell me everything that you still hope will never see the light. As you’re marching forward take a step back. This war was never one that you’d win. The time is coming. Your fear is growing. Remember you will die. This is your last chance. Tell me everything you’ve kept inside. Tell me everything you’ve tried to hide. Tell me everything that you still hope will never see the light and, Tell me everything you wish you’d tried. Tell me everything that you’ve survived. Tell me everything that you still hope will never see the light. Tell me everything. Take my hands and follow me. Tell me everything. Take my hands, start to see.

Hiraeth 05:33
I begged for you from down on my knees. My childish eyes they bled with disbelief. But still you walked away, you left me on my own. Abandoning, you walked out of my home. I wasn’t worth your time. Wasn’t worth the cost. Wasn’t worth the effort. It was your own loss. I was not a child. I became a man On the day you left, On the day you said I’m not enough. You told me all that I should be. But all the words were just deceit. "Son be loyal, son be true." Look at yourself, how dare you? I saw your face, I saw your eyes. I saw through every smile and lie. You tried your best, I’m sure it's true, To please yourself, to have a life. I wasn’t worth your time. Wasn’t worth the cost. Wasn’t worth the effort. It was your own loss. I was not a child. I became a man On the day you left, On the day you said I’m not enough. You were all I had. You were all I had. From your forgotten son, Here’s my thank you dad. You were all I had. You were all I had. From your forgotten son, Here’s my thank you dad. I never had a father. I never had a daddy. All I had was weekends and phone calls. So thank you my dear dad. Thank you dad for what I never had. I wasn’t worth your time. Wasn’t worth the cost. Wasn’t worth the effort. It was your own loss. I was not a child. I became a man On the day you left, On the day you said That I’m not enough; That you needed more. That you couldn’t stay You were out that door. So, I’m sorry dad. I’m sorry dad For what I never had. I never had. I wasn't worth your time.

Enter to a crimson night. With fear to the left and hate to the right. We stand stoic side by side. And something breaks. We’ve forgotten who we are. What we’ve made and what we’ve done. Blasphemy pours from our hands, Speaking, urging, "Kill them all." So let the cities burn. But burn your conscience first. Show the world the wrath of God As you bring Hell to earth. Enter to a burning church. A symbol of all the evil we’ve done. I want to move but I cannot feel. Protection through complete death. Healing through overdose. I’ve made a mockery of my country’s sacred post. They asked me to kill a boy no older than seventeen. I burnt my father’s house. I destroyed everything. So let the cities burn. But burn your conscience first. Show the world the wrath of God As you bring Hell to earth. And let your mercy die As flames rise to the skies. Wash your hands of what you’ve done And kill the world tonight. We burnt our bridges, now wade through water. We’re soldiers fleeing, there’s no room for honor. Lay waste to the cities and sack the temples. We’ll leave them ruins and give them our devils. So take up your arms, sound the retreat, Salt the fields, and pray for sleep. So take up your arms, sound the retreat, Salt the fields, and pray for sleep. So let the cities burn. But burn your conscience first. Show the world the wrath of God As you bring Hell to earth. And let your mercy die As flames rise to the skies. Wash your hands of what you’ve done And kill the world tonight. Tonight.

Here we go. This ringing inside my ears. Hear this sound, It fills and decays, it makes unclear. Yet we all stop and listen for more confusion from the source. We build and break with all our hands make. We turn on ourselves. We can’t escape this world we hate Because we made it this way. Our mouths filled with poison, our ears filled with hate. Our minds full of malice, unable to sate. If this isn’t darkness I don’t know what is. I want to amend it but our problem is That we all stop and listen. We wait for a taste. We want to fix this but we won’t change. We create all that we hate, all that we loathe. We make our own problems, that’s how it goes. We build and break with all our hands make. We turn on ourselves. We can’t escape this world we hate Because we made it this way. As we enter in to this evil time do we give ourselves to the church or the dime? When we trust in money, ignore the truth, we condemn ourselves; we corrupt our youth. We build and break with all our hands make. We turn on ourselves. We build and break with all our hands make. We turn on ourselves. I can’t escape this world I hate Because I made it this way.
